The role manages integration and testing of spacecraft or missile components and systems, coordinates subsystem and system testing, develops test plans and schedules, and leads subordinate employees through recruitment, training, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions. Candidates need an engineering or aerospace engineering degree, space-vehicle integration and test experience, team-leadership experience, test-plan development experience, and an active Secret security clearance. The position offers a salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
