Percepta is hiring an FLP System Analyst III in Dearborn, Michigan to support the Ford Extended Service Plan System. The role combines advanced System Analyst I and II responsibilities with supplier integration, system support, training, project management for large-scale program launches, process improvement, and requirements and testing activities. Candidates need an associate’s degree or two years of college coursework, comprehensive ESP business and ESP system knowledge, Business Objects reporting knowledge, and experience writing requirements, developing test cases, and executing user acceptance and regression testing.
