Description

The Lift Station Foreman provides daily field leadership, coordination, and technical oversight for Toho Water Authority lift stations and wastewater collection assets. The role plans and assigns maintenance work, directs mechanics and other field personnel, troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, control, instrumentation, and SCADA systems, coordinates emergency and bypass pumping operations, supports condition assessments and maintenance planning, trains employees, manages work orders and inventory, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of progressively responsible wastewater collection or lift station maintenance experience, strong field leadership and troubleshooting skills, and a valid Florida Class E driver's license with a Class A tanker endorsement obtained within six months.
