Description
Roku is hiring a Systems Operations Associate to support business operations and service components for its content pipeline. The role partners with business stakeholders and product and engineering teams to improve data accuracy, consolidate workflows, support data governance and SOX compliance, translate process gaps into functional specifications, automate manual workflows, and validate new features. The position requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, familiarity with CRM or ERP systems, data governance and SOX knowledge, strong communication and Excel skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Roku generally has employees in the office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays generally flexible for remote work.
