1GLOBAL is hiring a Systems Operations Intern to support the investigation and resolution of customer-impacting provisioning, subscriber configuration, and platform issues. The intern will assist with daily case handling, operational monitoring, incident follow-up, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, incident response, documentation, and collaboration with customer-facing and engineering teams. The role is intended for someone pursuing or recently completing a degree in telecommunications, computer science, network engineering, or a related technical field, with basic knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, databases, Linux, or cloud platforms.
