Vast.ai is hiring a full-time Systems Operations Support Engineer in its Westwood, Los Angeles office. The role handles escalated infrastructure tickets across hardware, BIOS and firmware, networking, Ubuntu, Docker, NVIDIA CUDA and GPU drivers, and KVM virtual machines; manages supplier onboarding and machine configuration; troubleshoots GPU workloads and performance issues; and develops runbooks, documentation, and Python and Bash automation. The position requires strong Linux systems operations experience, container and virtualization troubleshooting, networking, GPU support, and customer-facing technical support, with two on-site schedules available.
