Description
The Process Engineer supports the softeon system and warehouse operations by gathering business requirements, conducting feasibility studies, configuring WMS and OMS systems, testing user requirements and scenarios, documenting findings, communicating with stakeholders and software teams, and supporting automation and integration projects. The role requires extensive WMS expertise, OMS knowledge, process optimization, testing, strong communication and project-management skills, and travel based on client needs.
