Description

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for an experienced Systems Project Engineer (Level 3) to lead projects within the F/A-18 Advanced Mission Systems Program in Berkeley, MO. The role involves coordinating with customers, Boeing leadership, and suppliers, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, along with experience in avionics, mission systems, and Agile development.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
Project planning or project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Mission Systems.
Experience in Agile Development.
Experience in Cost Account Management.
Experience with export compliance.
Influencing without authority, consultation.
3+ years’ experience in finance, supply chain, project management, supplier management, engineering, math, and/or accounting.
Experience in a role that required creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, strong collaborative skills, strong written and verbal communication.
