Description
As a Systems Reliability and Support Specialist Sr within PNC's Site Reliability Center organization, you will be responsible for maintaining uptime and performance for the ATM ecosystem, including server-side applications, APIs, Windows servers, and SQL/Oracle databases. You will monitor and troubleshoot production issues using tools like Dynatrace, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, deploy and validate vendor patches, install and maintain system certificates, and ensure secure, compliant configurations across the ATM network.
