Nutanix Japan is hiring a Systems Reliability Engineer (SRE) to provide end-to-end technical support for customers using Nutanix products and services. The role involves troubleshooting hybrid multicloud environments, performing code-level root-cause analysis, contributing to knowledge bases and product improvements, collaborating with technology partners, and participating in on-call rotations. Candidates need at least two years of experience in virtualization, servers, networking, storage, Linux, cloud, or related areas, customer-facing experience, troubleshooting experience, native Japanese fluency, and a valid work permit in Japan.
