Description
The Systems Reliability Engineer II supports a private cloud solution in the field by troubleshooting complex customer issues, collaborating with developers and technology partners, participating in incident management and root cause analysis, improving product serviceability, analyzing customer risks, and contributing to knowledge bases. The role requires at least four years of relevant experience, expertise in at least two areas such as virtualization, networking, Linux, DevOps, cloud, or enterprise storage, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluent English. It is a hybrid role requiring office presence for most roles.
