Description
The Systems Reliability Engineering Technical Specialist will lead reliability activities across new product development, identify and resolve potential product failures, perform quantitative reliability analysis, and drive data-based corrective actions. The role requires at least 10 years of reliability engineering experience, including Power BIA, risk management, reliability testing, validation, and cross-functional leadership, along with a bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant STEM field. The position is based at the Solwezi Mines Site in Kitwe, Zambia.
