Description
The Lead Systems Software Engineer develops and installs database programming and custom graphics for building management systems, then leads startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, field coordination, project turnover, and end-user training. The role also supports pre-sales activities, project engineering, resource allocation, cost control, junior engineer development, and safety requirements. Candidates need an associate degree in a technical field or 6–10 years of related building automation or industrial control systems programming experience, strong computer and TCP/IP knowledge, a valid California driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment. The position pays $53.31–$66.63 per hour.
