The role leads multiple software systems engineering projects through design, coding, testing, and integration; manages internal and outsourced development partners; reviews designs and project activities; drives technology integration; and mentors less-experienced staff. Candidates need strong C and C++ skills, distributed-systems experience, hardware-software integration knowledge, and typically 7+ years of experience, with a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
