Description
TTEC is hiring a Systems Software Principal Engineer to provide enterprise-level technical leadership for globally distributed Windows systems, identity, endpoint, messaging, cloud integration, automation, security, and infrastructure platforms. The role owns architecture and lifecycle strategy, modernization roadmaps, resilience, engineering standards, governance, Tier 4 escalation, security-by-design, reliability practices, and cross-functional technical decisions, while mentoring senior engineers and participating in on-call support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10 years of progressive enterprise systems engineering experience, expert Microsoft ecosystem and identity skills, advanced PowerShell automation, high-availability and disaster-recovery expertise, compliance knowledge, ITIL practices, and strong technical leadership.
