TTEC is hiring a Systems Software Principal Engineer to provide enterprise-level technical leadership for globally distributed systems, identity, endpoint, messaging, automation, and infrastructure platforms. The role owns architecture, lifecycle strategy, modernization, resilience, security-by-design, engineering standards, governance, Tier 4 escalation, cross-functional technical decisions, and mentoring of senior engineers. It requires extensive enterprise Windows and systems engineering experience, with deep expertise in Microsoft identity, endpoint and messaging platforms, PowerShell automation, cloud and hybrid integration, high availability, disaster recovery, security compliance, and IT service management.
