Description
TTEC is hiring a Systems Software Principal Engineer to provide enterprise-level technical leadership for distributed systems, identity, endpoint, messaging, automation, and infrastructure platforms. The role owns architecture, modernization, engineering standards, security-by-design, Tier 4 escalations, reliability, governance, documentation, and mentorship, while partnering with security, networking, operations, application, and business technology teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of progressive enterprise systems engineering experience, with expertise across Windows Server, identity, cloud integration, PowerShell automation, high availability, disaster recovery, compliance, and ITIL practices.
