TTEC is hiring a Systems Software Principal Engineer to provide enterprise-level architectural and technical leadership for globally distributed Windows systems, identity, endpoint, messaging, automation, cloud integration, security, and infrastructure platforms. The role owns architecture and lifecycle strategy, leads modernization and reliability initiatives, provides Tier 4 escalation support, establishes PowerShell automation and engineering standards, governs security and compliance, partners across technical teams, and mentors senior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 10 years of progressive enterprise systems engineering experience.
