Description
TTEC is hiring a senior systems software engineer to own and improve distributed enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, Active Directory, hybrid identity, Microsoft 365, cloud integration, endpoint management, messaging, virtualization, storage, backup, security, and compliance environments. The role provides Tier 3 support, builds PowerShell automation, leads modernization and infrastructure-as-code initiatives, manages system changes and lifecycle activities, improves reliability and operational maturity, documents standards and runbooks, collaborates across technical teams, mentors engineers, and participates in an on-call rotation including nights and weekends. The position is based in India and requires at least five years of hands-on systems engineering experience.
