TTEC is hiring a full-time Systems Software Senior Engineer in Hyderabad, India, to lead UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations and support. The role covers configuring WFM modules, payroll and labor-rule processes, UAT and production deployments, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-go-live support. It also requires designing and maintaining Dell Boomi integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, file and event-based flows, error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization. The position requires 5–7 years of UKG Pro WFM experience, knowledge of global or multi-country workforce setups, SQL, and strong stakeholder-management skills.
