TTEC is hiring a Systems Software Senior Engineer to provide senior-level engineering ownership of distributed, hybrid Active Directory and enterprise infrastructure environments. The role covers Tier 3 escalation support, PowerShell and script-based automation, identity and access management, cloud integration, security, backup and recovery, virtualization, change management, documentation, and mentoring. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of hands-on systems engineering experience, and demonstrated expertise with enterprise Windows Server environments, Active Directory, hybrid identity, and automation. The position includes an on-call rotation and may be based in India, subject to background-check requirements.
