TTEC is hiring a Systems Software Engineer in Hyderabad, India, for a hybrid role reporting to a Senior Manager. The position seeks an experienced Oracle EBS professional with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle HRMS functional modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Fast formulas. Responsibilities include supporting month-end close, understanding and designing requirements, developing and troubleshooting delivered and custom solutions, unit testing, collaborating with business counterparts, and coaching team members and business partners on solution adoption. The role requires a Computer Science or Information Systems degree or equivalent, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
