Description
TTEC is hiring a Systems Software Senior Engineer to own and improve distributed enterprise systems, Windows infrastructure, Active Directory and hybrid identity environments. The role provides Tier 3 support, develops PowerShell automation, engineers Microsoft and cloud technologies, applies security and compliance controls, manages lifecycle and reliability improvements, leads cross-domain initiatives, documents standards and runbooks, and mentors engineers. It is based in India and includes on-call support, including nights and weekends.
