TTEC is hiring a Systems Software Senior Engineer to provide senior-level engineering ownership for distributed enterprise Windows, Active Directory, hybrid identity, cloud, messaging, endpoint, storage, backup, virtualization, and security environments. The role includes Tier 3 support, PowerShell automation, infrastructure lifecycle management, security and compliance, change and incident management, documentation, on-call support, strategic modernization, infrastructure as code, platform reliability improvements, and mentoring engineers.
