Moffatt & Nichol is hiring a Systems Solutions & Adoption Lead to drive awareness, training, adoption, and governance of enterprise IT systems, with a central focus on BOB, the firm’s internal knowledge management hub. The role partners with engineers, scientists, office staff, support teams, and leadership to identify use cases, develop prompts and AI agents, support integrations and automation, build user communities, and measure adoption impact. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of enterprise software adoption or business enablement experience, hands-on AI and prompt-engineering experience, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
