Description
The Water Treatment Custom Systems Supervisor leads technicians, assembly mechanics, and operators while overseeing the fabrication, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and field deployment of custom water purification and filtration systems. The role interprets engineering drawings and schematics, optimizes manufacturing processes, enforces safety and training protocols, prepares compliance documentation, and coordinates with engineering. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent plus specialized training or an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, 4–5 years of progressive hands-on experience in water treatment operations or specialized manufacturing, and at least one year in a supervisory or crew-lead capacity. The position requires a California driver’s license, travel to client sites, and the ability to work in manufacturing, office, and outdoor field environments.
