Description
The role troubleshoots computer software and systems, supports applications and user accounts, manages telecommunications activities, and advises on technical and administrative procedures. It also includes user training, coordination of planning and resource allocation, employee support, and operational improvements. The preferred qualifications are a technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least two years of related work experience; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
