Acorn Insurance is hiring a Systems Support Analyst in Liverpool City Centre on a hybrid basis. The role provides first-line production support, recreates and logs system bugs, supports UAT and application testing, maintains insurance-product documentation, and works with compliance, software-house, analysis, technical, and development teams. Candidates should have strong problem-solving, communication, customer-service, deadline-management, and software-house toolset experience; insurance or legal industry exposure is beneficial but not essential. The salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience, with visa sponsorship unavailable and applicants needing at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
