Description
ConGlobal is hiring a Depot Systems Support Analyst to provide Level 3 technical support for container depot employees and operational teams. The role troubleshoots depot management and operational systems, customer rate and pricing configurations, desktop and network issues, and business applications; coordinates with development teams and vendors; documents issues; recommends improvements; and supports software updates and testing. The position requires at least five years of relevant IT support experience and five years of experience in a container depot, intermodal, transportation, logistics, or similar operational environment, along with SQL, JavaScript, Python, Windows, Microsoft 365, and depot workflow knowledge.
