The School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence is hiring a full-time Systems Support Analyst to support instructional technology, audio/visual systems, classrooms, conference rooms, instructional laboratories, endpoint devices, operating systems, and software applications. The role manages the lifecycle, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and upgrades of instructional technology resources, provides technical support to faculty, staff, students, and partners, maintains documentation and inventories, and coordinates with vendors and technical teams. The position is based at the Tempe campus and offers a salary range of $61,400 to $76,700 per year, with health, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
