Description
The Systems Support & Eligibility Manager leads the development team maintaining and modernizing the Support Enforcement Tracking System Refactored (SETS‑R), a system originally built on COBOL, IMS, and JCL and now cloud-hosted on C#, .NET, MS SQL, and Azure. The role oversees application design and implementation, technical direction, staff performance and development, incident response, and collaboration with ODJFS partners, while guiding the transition toward a modern, containerized Azure architecture. It is a full-time position headquartered in Columbus, Akron, or Dayton, with occasional travel within Ohio, and is not eligible for sponsorship.
