Vast-Auto Distribution is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide external customer support for company software, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, coordinate system installations, apply updates, and educate customers on computer systems. The role supports point-of-sale, inventory, order management, purchasing, and related software and hardware, and is based at the Montreal head office in Saint-Léonard. A DCS in computer science is required, while experience with the listed software is an asset; English fluency and strong analysis, organization, adaptability, teamwork, and learning skills are also required.
