Description
The Senior ICT Technician will work in an on-site service team in The Hague, maintaining and supporting ICT end systems, servers, storage, and network infrastructure. Responsibilities include installing and retiring systems, monitoring and tuning operational systems, rolling software versions, maintaining network components, diagnosing faults, providing second-line resolution on an on-call rota, and supporting engineering changes. The role requires a strong track record with ICT systems in a security-conscious organisation, server and storage expertise, network fault-finding, remote server administration, log and packet analysis, scripting, ITIL training, professional English, and the ability to work on-call.
