Innovative, Inc. is hiring a full-time Systems Technician in Hagerstown, Maryland for an L1/L2 role supporting a wide variety of technology tickets across multiple technologies. The position involves working with end users and business owners, building PCs, and supporting help desk and systems administration activities. Candidates should have 1–3+ years of help desk or systems administration experience, MCP certification, and familiarity with time logging; A+, Net+, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, small-business network infrastructure, and Cisco or Avaya experience are preferred. Compensation is $50,000–$70,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and life insurance benefits.
