Description
CRS is hiring a Technical Advisor II, Shelter & Settlement - Venezuela to provide technical advice and support to CRS and Caritas Venezuela teams during a six-month earthquake emergency response. The role covers shelter and settlement program design, implementation, proposals, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, technical quality assurance, coordination with donors and cluster partners, and knowledge management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, at least eight years of relevant international advisory or management experience, at least three years in shelter and settlement programming, and professional fluency in Spanish and English, with travel of up to 50% within Venezuela and internationally.
