Orange Business is hiring a TA (RCC) Manager to lead a regional recruitment competency center and resourcing team, manage hands-on sourcing for 3–5 critical or niche requisitions, develop talent acquisition strategies, monitor KPIs and sourcing costs, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a master’s degree in human resources or a related field, at least 8 years of talent acquisition experience including 3 years in telecom and IT services, and experience leading TA specialists.
