The successful candidates will manage a team of TAB technicians, ensuring high-quality results, budget adherence, schedule compliance, and safety. They will also focus on developing technicians, solving complex HVAC system challenges, and meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, optimizing productivity, performing advanced TAB tasks like airflow measurement and system performance analysis, and implementing field adjustments. The role requires extensive experience in commercial HVAC systems, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
