Description
The Tactical Communicator will engineer, design, build, deploy, operate, and maintain end-to-end telecommunications solutions for critical missions, including SATCOM, radio, MESH/MANET, encryption, and network infrastructure. The role supports deployed personnel in CONUS and OCONUS, may require deployment to hazardous environments, and includes 24/7/365 mission support, system maintenance, equipment lifecycle management, and no-notice deployments. Candidates need a high school diploma, civilian electronic technician training or DOD telecommunications school, and at least five years of civilian telecommunications or electronic technician experience or three years of military telecommunications experience.
