Golden Goose is hiring a Tailor in Milan to provide personalized repair, alteration, embroidery, and product customization services, extend product lifespans under the company’s sustainability strategy, build customer relationships, support sales and store operations, maintain the tailoring area, and use digital tools for customer engagement and business processes. The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills; prior tailoring experience, preferably in retail or customer service, is a plus. The advertised salary is €30,000–€35,000 RAL under the 4th level CCNL Commercio.
