Renesas is hiring a Test Engineer to develop tests for new discrete power devices, including MOSFET products. The role involves correlating test data between mass-production and development sites, conducting GRR, confirming test stability, planning test-development schedules, arranging fixtures and tools, preparing test specifications, verifying data, and improving yield. Candidates need test-development experience, tester and verification experience, and English communication ability. The position follows a hybrid work model with remote work two days per week and office attendance Tuesday through Thursday.
