Description
The Takeoff Specialist translates customer requirements into pre-construction notes and takeoff outputs, manages job status and revisions, coordinates change management, and maintains customer account setup and configuration. The role requires strong customer service, stakeholder management, organization, construction-documentation interpretation, and proficiency with business systems and job-tracking tools. A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant estimating, takeoff, or construction operations experience may substitute for a degree.
