Boston Consulting Group is hiring a Global Talent Acquisition Analyst – Strategy & Operations in Lisbon or London to support strategic initiatives across Talent Acquisition technology, AI enablement, operational excellence, and transformation. The role owns project deliverables, improves recruiting processes through AI and workflow automation, partners with Talent Acquisition and technology stakeholders, supports technology adoption and change management, and analyzes operational challenges. Candidates should have 3–4 years of experience supporting strategy, operations, transformation, or project-based initiatives, along with project management, process improvement, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills; recruitment knowledge, AI tool experience, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and recruiting technology familiarity are preferred or relevant.
