The role leads passive sourcing, candidate assessment, interview and selection-process advice, new-hire orientation hosting, and collaboration with HR partners and campus stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree and up to one year of recruiting experience are required, while three years of recruiting and sourcing experience are preferred.
