Dulcedo is hiring an Influencer Agent to discover, sign, and develop influencers and other digital talents, particularly in Quebec’s entertainment and influencer markets. The role combines talent management, influencer marketing, personal branding, social media growth, campaign and partnership negotiations, contract review, and business development. It requires 1–3 years of relevant agency or in-house experience, an established network, and strong knowledge of social platforms and analytics. The position offers an almost entirely remote schedule with office life in Montreal and Toronto, base salary plus commissions, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
