BKL is hiring a Talent & Development Assistant Manager to join its Talent & Development team in a hybrid London role requiring at least three days per week in the office. The position combines learning programme design and delivery, management of the Early Careers programme, and wider talent and development projects. Responsibilities include supporting trainees through qualification, developing skills frameworks, facilitating workshops, coordinating stakeholder programmes, and using feedback and data to improve learning initiatives. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Qualification in Learning & Development, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources with a learning focus, Education, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
Required Previous Experiences: Experience in Learning & Development, including designing and delivering workplace learning.
Experience managing or taking significant responsibility for an Early Careers, trainee, apprentice, or graduate programme.
Experience coordinating programmes involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and delivery activities.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong organisational and programme management skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in professional services, accountancy, legal, or another regulated environment.
Experience designing learning journeys and programmes.
Knowledge of ACA, ACCA, CTA, or AAT qualifications.
Experience using a Learning Management System.
Experience creating digital learning content with Articulate 360, Rise, or similar tools.
Experience supporting onboarding, assessment centres, or structured development pathways.
Interest in technology and AI in workplace learning and skills development.
