Uisce Éireann is hiring a Talent & Development Manager to lead the organisation’s talent management framework, including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership and early-careers development, workforce capability analysis, talent policies, and external learning partnerships. The role partners with senior leaders, manages programme governance and budgets, develops talent insights, and supports the organisation’s transformation and health and safety objectives. It requires a relevant third-level qualification, at least seven years of relevant experience including three years of people management, and strong stakeholder, analytical, project, and communication skills.
