CFC is hiring a Talent & Development Partner to shape talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and career growth across the organisation. The role partners with HRBPs, senior leaders, and external providers to identify skills gaps, build leadership pipelines, deliver development initiatives, support performance and career conversations, and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives. Candidates should have experience in talent management, organisational development, or talent development in a commercial environment, along with strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and delivery capabilities.
