FORVIA is seeking a VIE Program TOD Coordinator to join the Talent & Organization Development team for its R&D and Product Lines function within Forvia Seating. The role supports talent processes such as performance management, talent management, learning and development, employee experience, HR communications, and reporting; it also drives the training plan in Europe, manages the global VIE community, supports onboarding and talent acquisition, and assists the local HR team in Grojec. The position requires a master's degree in HR, a first HR experience in an industrial environment, strong English, MS Office skills, and familiarity with HR information systems.
