Rituals is hiring a Talent & Performance Program Manager to design and improve global talent, performance, and succession practices for its office and retail populations. Reporting to the Head of Talent & Performance, the role will build frameworks for performance calibration, talent identification, leadership pipelines, and succession planning; translate data into actionable insights; partner with HR and business leaders; and use Workday, AI, and automation to scale practical solutions. The position is based in Amsterdam and requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, including work in a complex international organization and familiarity with retail or operational environments.
