Ambrook is hiring a Talent Associate to support its growth by sourcing and coordinating technical and commercial candidates. The role works with the founding recruiter, manages scheduling and active pipelines, runs outbound sourcing campaigns, engages passive talent, and builds or improves recruiting automations using tools such as Ashby, Claude, Zapier, and GitHub. The position requires 1–4 years of sourcing or recruiting-coordination experience, familiarity with modern recruiting platforms, strong written communication, and the ability to coordinate with technical hiring teams.
